Before You Send That Email:
Many residents in the Valley email me each week with questions, so I wanted to take a little time to point you in the right direction, if you're looking for something already on the website!
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can you help me with an immigration issue? How about a question about the VA? What about problems I'm having with Social Security? Can you help stop a foreclosure on my house?
These are some of the most popular requests we get in my office in the San Fernando Valley. I can help you with ALL of these issues, and many more. The first step is to talk to my office. You can call 818-481-7407. One of the great folks in that office will be happy to start you on the process of getting help. The first step will be to fill out our authorization form that allows us to help you. When you come visit with my staff, they will need you to bring that form along.
2. How are you going to vote on the Iran Deal?
I am still listening to experts, my colleagues and most importantly, you! You can read my inital statement on the Deal, then if you want to voice your opinion, you can still email me or call my office to let me know how you feel.
3. What are you doing about Juvenile Justice reform?
Reforming the way we treat our kids is incredibly important to me. It's one of the priorities I have had throughout my career in public service. If you want to learn more about my efforts in the past, and what I'm trying to do in the future, please visit my page focused on juvenile justice reform, and don't forget to follow me on Twitter to keep up-to-date!
4. What are your other priorities in Congress?
I am committed to creating great, family-wage jobs in Southern California, improving health care in the Valley, respecting and honoring our brave Veterans, supercharging our American economy through Comprehensive Immigration Reform and encouraging clean energy alternatives and protecting our precious environment. Please visit my Priorities page to learn more about each of these important priorities!
