Washington, D.C. – Trump’s pick for the Supreme Court, Brett Kavanaugh, is a danger to healthcare access in America. For years, our country’s health care system has included critical protections for patients and working families, but now Trump and Republicans are attacking our country’s health laws through the courts, and Kavanaugh could be the deciding vote. This would mean:

The Sinclair-Tribune merger would give Sinclair the power to reach 3 out of 4 Americans’ homes, more than what current law allows.
