Summary: The funding would be used for the rehabilitation of two permanent supportive housing buildings in North Hills, CA, which currently house homeless Transition Aged Youth (TAY) – 15258 Gresham St. apartment & 15257 Acre St. apartment. This project will rehab apartments over a 12-month period, with improvements to ADA access, amenities and energy- and water-efficiency.
