Rep. Cárdenas Stands by LGBT Community in #WeAreWithYou Campaign

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, on the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia, Congressman Tony Cárdenas (CA-29) joined other House Democrats to share a message of solidarity and support to the LGBT community.

A member of the LGBT Equality Caucus Rep. Cárdenas’s video reinforces his commitment to defending those who are feeling isolated, unsafe, and targeted at a time when many federal, state and local leaders are advancing discriminatory policy proposals. Rep. Cárdenas’s video message can be seen across his Facebook and Twitter profiles and is included in a compilation video released by the LGBT Equality Caucus.
