I take pride in being a thoughtful policymaker for my constituents in the San Fernando Valley. I believe in an open and free Internet so every American has the information necessary to do their homework, run their small business, and access innovation. As a member of the Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Communication and Technology, I was able to study the bill during the hearing and the subcommittee markup.  After thorough consideration and discussions with stakeholders and constituents, today I voted to support the Save the Internet Act.
